克鲁斯曼钢琴，部件选材细细甄别,优中选优,从选材到制作工艺格按照欧洲标准,注重每一个细微小节,追求完美,保证钢琴优质的音色和稳定性经得起环境和岁月的考验。
克鲁斯曼钢琴原材料都是来自欧洲与西伯利亚山区海拔平均800米以上，中年平均气温5度，树龄80年以上的木头，只有这样的条件，才能保证木材非常缓慢的成长，从而确保年轮在1-2mm，这也是制作乐器的最佳木料。每年11月份到来年3月份集中采伐，经过至少连续6个月的自然风干、1个月的窑干、在8 -10%EMC环境下静置2月的处理程序，集装箱密封装运至本公司，在同等EMC条件下，静置至少6个月以上，在投料前，再经过第二次干燥处理。
钢琴部件主要用材需要合理科学分割，音板主要用材，截取足够树龄的木材中稳定的，与年轮平行的木材。其纹理顺畅，是传导声音的绝佳材料。
Cluesman piano carefully screens and selects the best materials for making its component, and its material selection and production process strictly follow European standards. It focuses on every detail and pursue perfection in the production process, so as to ensure that the piano's high-quality timbre and stability will not fade due to the change of environment conditions and the time passage. The raw materials of Cluesman piano are woods with a tree age of more than 80 years in the mountains of Europe and Siberia. Only under the environmental conditions of an average altitude of more than 800 meters and an annual average temperature of 5 degrees can the slow growth of wood be ensured, thus ensuring that the annual rings of trees are 1-2mm, which is also the best wood for making musical instruments. From November to March every year, the lumber is harvested centrally. The timber cut down needs to go through at least 6 consecutive months of natural air drying, 1 month of kiln drying, and stand still for 2 months under 8-10% EMC environment, and then put into containers and ship them to our company in a sealed manner. Under the same EMC conditions, these raw materials must stand for at least 2 months, and need to undergo a second drying treatment before feeding. When making piano, it is necessary to divide the raw materials for making piano parts scientifically and reasonably. When making the sound board, it is necessary to use stable wood parallel to the annual rings, and make sure to intercept enough wood age, because its texture is smooth, which is an excellent material for transmitting sound.
