All the production techniques are developed by French technicians and wood experts. The ebony keyboard is adopted to ensure that the keys can be pressed by fingers with moderate strength. The technician strictly controls the springback load of keyboards according to industry standards, ensuring the sensitivity and reaction ability of keyboards. The whole keyboard undergoes advanced drying and moisture-proof treatment, so its sensitivity will not be affected by the change of air temperature.

定弦钮设计

定弦扭设计的工艺非常复杂，一般只有高端钢琴，才会配备定弦扭设计，它可以增加琴弦长度，不容易跑音，使音色更为纯净。
The process of setting string twist design is very complicated. Generally, only high-end pianos will be equipped with setting string twist design. It can increase the string length, so it is not easy to pronounce badly or incorrectly and the timbre is rather pure.

Cluesman钢琴AS系列击弦系统全部升级为英国BPA公司设计并在国内基地制造的BPA(勃雷兹)品牌(特殊型号除外)BPA(British Piano Action Co. Ltd)公司是英国最早生产钢琴击弦系统的制造商已有200多年历史，2015年BPA公司与AXL国际乐器合作在国内建立生产基地，由钢琴击弦系统专家 David FryPhil John、David Martin领衔，亲手采用传统手工技艺生产及调校击弦机与弦槌，并为使用其产品的钢琴制造商提供专业的技能服务。
Cluesman Piano AS Series Action System is all designed by BPA.UK and manufactured in the domestic base of BPA brand (except for special models). BPA (British Piano Action Co. Ltd) is the earliest manufacturer of piano striking system in UK, which has a history of more than 200 years. In 2015, BPA worked closely with AXL International Musical Instruments to establish a production base in China. David FryPhil John and David Martin, piano percussion system experts, led the whole production process. They personally produced and adjusted action and hammer head by traditional handicrafts, and provided professional skills and services for piano manufacturers buying their assembly unit products.
